Here’s how this will work.
You see the jigsaw puzzle above? Four times a day or so, a new version of the image with a piece (or two) (or three) removed will pop out of my Tumblr queue. Friday morning, August 3, when the book releases, the image will be complete.
So that’s nice. But here’s where those of you who feel like participating in this somewhat extended virtual booklaunch come in.
Want to be in the running for a free copy of the ebook version? Just reblog this post. (Likes don’t count, sorry. You must reblog to be eligible.) ETA: Multiple reblogs are OK. Just try not to drive the other people on your dashboards crazy. Yes, there’ll be a fair number of these posts floating around by Friday. Don’t worry yourselves about that. It doesn’t matter which one you reblog: I’ll be keeping track of them all.
I’ll be picking twenty rebloggers at random starting at noon (US) EDT on Friday, August 3, and will drop the URL where you can download the book into your mailbox. Or I’ll email it to you if you prefer. We will have all the major ebook formats: even, just this once, PDFs for those of you who don’t use or don’t like ebook readers. The books will not officially go on sale until all of the winners have received their copies: so you will literally be among the first people on the planet to get your hands on the book. (Virtually speaking.) (BTW, there will also be a Twitter version of this contest: the same timing will apply, though it won’t start for another couple of days.)

Peter Jackson to Make 13 ‘The Hobbit’ Movies

This morning while I was getting ready I was watching Sesame Street.
They were doing this bit where some clown was trying to wash his hands but kept washing his feet or his elbows and Elmo would go, “no mister noodle, your HANDS!” and all the tv kids would laugh.
Around the fourth or fifth time he couldn’t find his hands, I heard a grown man yell from somewhere else in the motel, “GODDAMMIT, MR. NOODLE.”
my dream is to one day make enough money to remake the movie twilight so that everything is exactly the same except edward cullen is played by kanye west and kanye west doesnt have a script and isn’t even aware of what the plot of the movie is, he’s just kanye west reacting to twilight in real time
